Use the appropriate indicia for mailings that are to be processed by The Bureau, Inc. Be sure to double check the class of mail indicated to be positive it is the class of mail you wish to use for your mailing. To avoid costly errors we recommend that all copy for mailing pieces, especially, the finished size and addressing area be faxed to us for approval before printing.


Use of an indicia in this column requires your complete return address in the upper left hand corner of the addressing area. These indicias allow The Bureau to enter your mail in a post office which allows for the greatest postage discount. The indicias in this column are the ones preferred by The Bureau.


Use of an indicia in this column prefers your complete return address somewhere within the copy of your mailing piece. It is preferred that your return address be in the upper left hand corner of the addressing area. Use of this indicia limits entry of your mail to the West Palm Postal Facility. This may decrease the postage discounts that can be obtained for your mailing.

Use of an indicia in this column requires your complete return address somewhere withing the copy of your mailing piece. It is preferred that your return address be in the upper left hand corner of the addressing area. Use of this indicia limits entry of your mail to the Stuart Postal Facility.
